Athletic trainer extraordinaire....
Every non-athlete who discovers that she needs some core strength to be able to do what she loves (ie ride dressage) needs a sympathetic sort who is willing to learn about the discipline and problem solve all through the changes that occur as skill improves. Scott is just such a guy - and he adds an appropriate level of perkiness with a take-no-crap attitude that really works for me. We've gone from zero core to at least passable, and along the way he's spent time talking with Mike (while I rode around in an endless 20m sitting trot circle while they looked at all my problems!) and Joy as well and really learning about what was important to me. He's a blessing! We'll post workout suggestions for dressage amateurs as we get organized enough to get them created! In the meanwhile, go stretch your hips and hamstrings....
